When can I expect my package?
Items are packaged and shipped three times a week. Canadian packages are estimated to arrive in 5-7 days business days, US 5-10, International packages 7-14. Please be mindful that shipping from Canada can be more costly.
We keep this in mind with our calculations and appreciate your understanding. In order to keep our shipping costs down, tracking and insurance are only included within Canada. If you require tracking and insurance outside of Canada, we can happily assist you -- please contact us prior to shipping. Items that have been shipped become the responsibility of the postal system and once shipped, they are out of our hands.
What if my item gets lost in the mail?
Upon making an order through our website you receive an order confirmation, as well as a series of notifications regarding the status of your purchase. Each package sent has a tracking number associated with it, which we can both view.
If an order has been sitting in a facility for days or weeks, it is best to check with mail services to provide you with more information regarding your delivery.
If an order’s status is listed as delivered on the Canada Post Tracking page but you have indeed not received the item please review the delivery progress table to confirm that your order is not waiting at a facility for you to pick up.
As a small business we are unable to resend items for free. Items that have been shipped become the responsibility of the postal system and once shipped, are out of our hands.
What if my item is broken upon delivery?
This is a bummer and we are very sorry that your item arrived in a less than ideal state.
If you received a parcel that has been broken during delivery, you can submit a claim through Canada Post to recoup your funds. Please refer to your shipping confirmation for all other Canada Post’s requested details. We promise that when your items leave the shop, they are in mint condition and packaged to the highest of our standards. Should you have any questions or cannot find your tracking number, or additional information requested please don’t hesitate to contact us. Please be ready to provide your order number, email, as well as the first name, and last name used to place the order.
I was sent the wrong colour, size or style of an item.
We are so sorry! For online orders, if we have provided the wrong item in your package please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item as there are a few steps we will need to take to remedy your order.
Please note that if the items you have received match your order confirmation they do not qualify to be returned or exchanged.
